Refunds

Fourteen days from purchase, no questions asked.

Email contato@vellumdigital.com.br from the address you bought with. We refund to the original payment method. It usually appears in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

We would rather refund than argue. If a product is not what you needed, say so and it is done.

After 14 days

No refunds. The products are digital downloads and you will have had access for two weeks.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund takes one message. A chargeback takes weeks for both of us and we will honor the refund anyway.
