What you are buying

A license to use the digital product or products named in your Stripe receipt. Our catalog may include the AI Automation Offer Sprint, AI Agency Outreach Kit, Agency Stack and the Vertical Pack. Each product contains the skill files, references, templates or implementation assets described on its sales page.

What you may do

• Install and use the purchased skills and files on any machine you control
• Modify them for your own use
• Use the outputs you generate — including offer sheets, outreach, audits, proposals, architecture documents and reports — commercially, under your own name, without attribution

What you may not do

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the purchased source files themselves, in whole or in substantial part, as a product or free resource
• Share your download link or files with people who did not purchase
• Represent the skills as your own product

The line is between the tool and what you make with it. Outputs are yours. The tool stays licensed.

Updates

If a sales page explicitly includes product updates, you receive them for as long as we publish them. We do not guarantee any particular update, feature, or schedule.

No professional advice

Nothing in our products is legal, financial, tax, medical, or compliance advice. Commercial terms described in the skills are conventions, not drafted agreements. Figures and benchmarks change over time. You are responsible for validating assumptions, complying with applicable outreach rules and verifying anything you rely on with prospects or clients.

No warranty

The products are provided as is. We do not warrant that they will produce any particular result, revenue, meeting, client outcome, or remain compatible with every future software version.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the product or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption — even if we were told such loss was possible. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where the seller operates. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
